The figures decorated in polychrome enamels and depicted riding on the backs of goats: the woman with a child at her breast and two other in a basket on her back. The tailor wearing an elaborately decorated frock coat and tricorn hat with two kids in a basket on his back. The grassy bases with moulded scrolling gilt crests to the front, having Derby style marks to the underside, 4¾” (12 cm) and 5” (13 cm) high. (AF)
