An 18th Century Dutch Sheet Brass Foot/Carriage Warmer of octagonal form. The slightly domed lid and panel sides pierced with decorative perforations and having a hinged door with coiled strap hasp, and brass wire swing handle to the top looped through small strap rings, 11” (28 cm) to top of handle, 8¼” (21 cm) wide.
