An Impressive 17th Century Style Oak Full Tester Bed. The tester composed of twenty panels in a moulded framework with cornice. The richly carved head board incorporating two shields to the top; one inscribed with date 1621, the other with a triad of initials RDA centring arcaded panels over four moulded panels embellished with guilloche chains to the framework. The knopped foot posts enriched with strapwork and connected by moulded rails drilled for rope. 80” (203 cm) high, 69¾” (177 cm) wide, 89½” (227 cm) in length.
