A Large 18th Century Scottish Boarded Oak Box of good colour & patination. The one piece lid on wire loop hinges re-enforced with butterfly hinges, opening to reveal a lidded till to the interior. The front board gouge carved with thistles, 8¼” (21.5 cm) high, 26” (66 cm) wide, 17” (43 cm) deep.*
