An Antique Child’s Joined Oak Armchair in the 17th century style,, The scrolling cresting rail above a single panel back carved with a stylised flowering plant, with foliate S-scrolls to the uprights and crosshatching to the small scrolled ‘ear-pieces’. The arms on turned posts leading down to a solid seat and ball & fillet turned legs united by peripheral stretchers and terminating on bun feet, 37½” (95 cm) high, 18” (46 cm) wide.
