A Fine 19th Century Norwegian Painted Treen Kasa. The shallow bowl with dragon’s head and tail forming railed handles. The body brightly painted with spreading floral sprays at either end meeting in the middle of each side, the slightly concave underside of the base incised with a hot needle with initials ‘M.T. and ‘Norge’. 10½” (27 cm) in width.
