A Good Quality Early 20th Century Mahogany Buffet. The gadrooned rectangular top having a pediment rail to the back carved with a Rococo crest to the centre and pineapple finials either side. The frieze drawer having a break-front centre panel relief carved with a swagged floral garlands and flanked by Grecian style waves, raised on swept front supports enriched with foliate carving leading down to a mid-height shelf with two drawers and on to a base shelf terminating on square flared feet, 49” (125 cm) high, 39” (100 cm) wide, 19¾” (50 cm) deep.
