A 17th Century Spanish Walnut Armchair of fine colour and patination. The raked back with three turned spindles in a rectangular frame of rails surmounted by turned finials and block uprights chip-carved with foliate motifs. The plank seat above further turned spindles leading down to a carved rail with block stretchers to the sides and rear. 37½” (95 cm) high, 21” (53 cm) wide.
