The planked lid having a band of black incised lines to the border above a lunette carved rails with applied chip-carved moulding to the front over three deep recessed panels. The panels carved with five point stars in moulded frames embellished with punch-work, divided by chip carved muntins and flanked by fluted stiles leading down to a moulded base on stile feet, 29” (73.5 cm) high, 51¼” (130 cm) wide, 22½” (57.5 cm) deep.
