The deep cresting rail richly carved with a pair of voluted scrolls enhanced with punch-work flanking a domed centre above a resplendent fanned carnation bloom with undulating stems of leaves either side. The carving enhanced by the recessed pitted ground. The back panel ornamented with geometric cushion front moulded and adorned with turned bosses. The scroll end arms on turned posts above similarly turned legs united by run moulded stretchers, 46½” (118 cm) high, 21½” (55 cm) wide, the planked seat 19½” (50 cm) high.*
