Description
A Small 19th Century Vienna Enamel and Gilt Bronze Strut Clock with vacant barometer aperture. The gilt clock dial having a bouquet of roses engraved to the matted centre within a ring of Roman numerals, incorporating a subsidiary seconds dial to the base. The enamelled facade intricately painted with 18th century figures and winged cherubs bearing a garland of pink roses in a finely cast asymmetric Rococo frame crested with flowers and foliage, and fitted with a hinged easel support to the back, 6” (15 cm) in height.
