The carved with a quadripartite design of tulip heads and cross-hatching to a principal panel beneath a horizontal upper panel and shaped cresting rail, carved with foliate scrolls; voluted terminals forming lobe terminals. The framework inlaid with marquetry bands and flanked by a pair of leafy scroll ‘ear-pieces’. The plank seat on columnar legs united by peripheral stretchers and terminating on turned feet, 42” (107 cm) high, 22” (56 cm) wide, 19¼” (49 cm) seat height.
