Description
A Fine Late 17th/EarIy 18th Century Oak Enclosed Dresser. The planked top having a moulded edge and plate retaining strip attached to the back. The frieze housing four drawers with applied edge moulding and replacement handles. The two central drawers above geometrically moulded cupboard doors flanked by small side drawers over panels. The breakfront centre and side pilasters carved with stop fluting leading down to a chamfered plinth base 35” (89 cm) high, 78” (198 cm) wide, 24½” (62 cm) deep.
