A Fine George III Mahogany Dummy-fronted Commode Chest. The moulded top above a faux brushing slide and four cock-beaded drawers; the upper two hinged to the top and rising to reveal the commode with shaped elbow rests to the side and a ceramic inset pot beneath a turned lid. The sides fitted with gilt brass handles, standing on bracket feet 29” (74 cm) high, 26½” (67 cm) wide, 17¾” (45 cm) deep.
