Description
A 16th Century North German Gothic Oak Cupboard with linen-fold carving. The moulded top overhanging an upper & lower cupboard; each having a single panel door on iron strap hinges enriched with vertical folds of linen carving and divided by a central drawer of horizontal linen fold carving in-between, flanked by three narrow vertical panels of further carved ornamentation each side. The plank ends leading down to buttressed block feet, 59” (150 cm) high, the top 37½” (95 cm) wide, 16” (40.5 cm) deep.
