Six Late 19th Century Straight-pull Corkscrews: One with a baluster turned wooden handle incorporating a dusting brush and foil cutter, 4¾” (12 cm) length. Three having horn handles with nickel plated caps; one with dusting brush and cyphered wire helix 5½” (14 cm) in length, one with ringed shank and simple wire helix, 5” (13 cm) in length, and one with sealing wax spike and a square shank running into a wire helix, 4¼ (11 cm) in length. A brass & inset horn handled corkscrew, possibly French with steel helix, 4” (10 cm) in length. And a combination corkscrew, originally having ten interchangeable tools slotting into the ebony handle, with just the corkscrew present, marked ‘Bonsa’ above the fluted wire helix.
