Description
A 17th Century Flemish Oak Chest on Enclosed Chest. The upper section having two long drawers; one shallow, one deep, enhanced with ebonised panels framed by decorative moulding with pairs of facetted baguette appliqués adorning the divides, and fitted with iron loop handles. The lower section having two cushion front doors adorned with turned bosses amidst geometric moulding, opening to reveal three long internal drawers with brass swing handles. Standing on ball feet, 47¼” (120 cm) high, 48” (122 cm) wide, 23” (58.5 cm) deep.
