A 19th Century Windsor Armchair Attributed to the Buckinghamshire region, Circa 1800-1840. The hoop back enclosing a long central fruitwood splat pierced with decorative motifs including a heart and cut into the bentwood arm bow, with six long spindles piercing through; three either side flanked by four further underarm spindles and a bentwood end support. The elm seat on turned baluster legs united by a turned H-form stretcher, 36½” (92.5 cm) high, 21½” (54.5 cm) wide, the seat 16½” (42 cm) in height.
