A Small & Attractive 19th Century French Parquetry Two-tiered Centre Pedestal Guéridon in the manner of Dasson. The graduated circular tiers inlaid with square alternately grained tiles bordered in interwoven bands of stringing within cross-banded borders edged with pierced gilt bronze gallery rails. The fluted centre column leading down to a tripod base with tapering bans of cross-banding to the out-swept legs and finely cast gilt bronze feet embellished with scrolling foliage. 31½” (80 cm) in height.
