The upper section having a dentil moulded cornice above a striped frieze of inlaid vertical strings, over two glazed doors with shaped, arch-topped glazing bars enclosing adjustable shelves sliding into side grooves. The cabinet base with two doors centred by oval panels of faded flame figured veneers edged in stringing on a diagonally grained quarter veneered ground. The doors opening to reveal two banks of three drawers fitted with gilt brass swing handles. Standing on outswept bracket feet 77” (196 cm) high, 43” (109 cm) wide, 17½” (44 cm) deep.
