The upper section having two glazed doors enclosing shelves with stringing inlaid to the frames and musical trophies entwined in pendant garlands of flowers & foliage tied in ribbons adorning the sides. The base section inlaid with further foliate scrolls & neo-classical urns enriched with penwork, with a secrètaire drawer to the centre enclosing satinwood drawers either side of a letter rack, and inset tooled leather surface to the flap, flanked by side cabinets. Standing on square tapering legs leading down to a serpentine front base shelf above out-swept feet, 83” (211 cm) high, 48” (122 cm) wide.
