Two Delightful 19th Century Snuff Boxes in the form of Shoes, intricately decorated with piqué work and inlaid with mother of pearl. One being a heeled walnut shoe with buttoned front, a quatrefoil to the toe, the date 1871 to the vamp with a stylised tulip adorning the hinged lid 3¾” (9.5 cm) in length. The other with a pointed toe and inlaid pewter vamp, with sliding lid, 3” (7.5 cm) in length.*
