A Fabulous Quality Antique Chinese Gilt Bronze Bell, probably 18th century. The barrel shaped body richly decorated in cast relief with two celestial dragons writhing amongst scrolling clouds and incorporating two tablets of calligraphy either side. The round flat top surmounted by a pair of conjoined fearsome mythical beasts with antlers and scaly bodies, 10½” (27 cm) in height.
