A Late 17th Century Oak Geometrically Moulded Low Dresser. The two plank top having a moulded edge and a channelled plate groove to the back above three deep frieze drawers. Each drawer front ornamented with a pair of moulded cushion front octagonal panels framing a central brass pendant handle on pierced mount. The divides adorned with turned fruitwood split spindles with further spindle & fret-work appliqués ornamenting the rails. Standing on baluster, ball & reel knopped legs with pierced spandrels to the corners and peripheral block stretchers above turned feet, 32” (82 cm) high, 76” (193 cm) in length, 21½” (55 cm) wide.
