The clock movement striking a bell and encased in a dark patinated orb raised on gilded clouds with gilt Roman numeral appliqués and elaborately pierced hands. The orb set to one side of an oval white marble plinth, with a winged cherub sat bashfully to the other side, 12 in (31 cm) in height. The candelabra modelled as a bacchanalian cherubs; a girl and boy wreathed in fruiting vine and holding gilded cornucopia with a candle cup to each end, 12 in (30 cm) high.
