The top rail having upswept lobe terminals above a shaped centre splat flanked by slender stick spindles with further splayed spindles leading down to a wedge shaped projection to the rear of the seat, and underarm spindles with curved end supports either side. The elm seat on knopped baluster legs united by an H-form stretcher, (104 cm) high, (55 cm) wide, (48 cm) deep.
