Attributed to Henry Barlow Carter (British, 1804-1868); an oval watercolour painting depicting a girl with donkey in landscape 6¼” x 8¼” (16 cm x 21 cm) set in a decorative frame crested with flowers and foliage, 15” x 15” (38 cm x 38 cm). A romantic late 18th/early 19th century monochrome stipple engraving of three winged cherubs in an oval verre eglomise mount and decorative gilt frame crested with garlands of fruiting vine, 12” x 8¼” (31 cm x 21 cm). Four oval porcelain medallions decorated with polychromed celestial cherubs and mounted on a velvet clad board within an oval moulded gilt frame 12” x 9½” (31 cm x 24 cm).
