An Imposing Louis XV Style Bureau Plat clad in diagonally grained tulip wood veneers with diamond veneered drawer panels, and elaborately cast gilt metal mounts. The serpentine top having a tooled leather inset with brass trimmed edge and ornamental corner mounts. The sweeping skirt housing three drawers to one side (one with an internal lidded partition), and corresponding faux drawers to the other, standing on well swept square cabriole legs, 31½” (80 cm) high, 63” (160 cm) wide, 36½” (93 cm) deep.
