A Fine 19th Century Carved Fruitwood Washing Bat. The 1¼” (3.5 cm) rectangular bat with moulded edge, carved initials IGN above date 1831 to the top between bands of basket weave and scrollwork, with a baluster turned handles, 32” (82 cm) in length, 6½” (16.5 cm) wide.
