A Pair of 18th Century Carved & Painted Giltwood Wall Panels mounted with twin branch sconces to the bottom. The panels carved in relief with sprays of crested acanthus enriched with gilding displayed against a red painted ground and set in modern beechwood frames. The upswept iron branches adorned with a pendant repoussé iron leaf to the centre and bearing crimped drip pans with electric ‘candle’ lights, 19¾” (50 cm) high, 8” (20 cm) wide.
