Description
A Mid 17th Century Joined Oak Back Stool attributed to the Manchester Area (A/F). The pierced back carved with jewel-work ornamentation and having a crested top between plain uprights surmounted by pyramidal finials. The replacement seat on ball & block legs with a ball turned front stretcher and plain low rails to the back & sides. 36” (92 cm) high, 17” (43 cm) wide.
