Description
A Group of 17th Century & Later Delft: A French Faience Salt of quatreform shape hand painted with polychrome flowers, 1¾” (4.5 cm) in height. A late 17th century blue & white bulbous pot with twin handles (A/F), 3½” (9 cm) high. An 18th century English polychrome delft plate decorated with chinoiserie figure beneath tree to the centre in a border of trellis reserves and flowers,(A/F) 7½” (19 cm) in diameter. Three 18th century blue & white footed bowls (A/F) 3¾” (9.5 cm) high, 9” (23 cm) diameter, 3¼” (8 cm) high, 8¾” (22 cm) diameter and 3” (7.5 cm) high, 7¾” (19.5 cm) . A polychrome delft soup plate, plate and tile painted with a bird amongst bull rushes to the centre and blue scroll motifs to the corners, 5” (13 cm) square.
