A Late 16th /Early 17th Century Fruitwood Loving Cup or footed Mazer of fine colour & patination. The bowl decorated with punched arcading to the sides and having a rebated rim and moulded base above a short stem rising from a circular spreading foot. The pole turned underside branded with contemporary initials ‘IW’. 5” (12.7 cm) high, 3¾” (9.7 cm) in diameter.
