A 19th Century Hard Paste Porcelain Twelve Part Service, possibly Paris: Each piece emblazoned with a heraldic crest swagged in pink drapery and featuring black & white elephant heads above scrolling motto banner inscribed ‘Suum Cuique’ (each man to his own), framed by a border garland of pink roses and displayed against a gilded ground. The bases bearing blue underglaze crossed marks with three raised spur marks to the plates. Comprising of a oval lidded tureen (lacking finial) on a pedestal foot and integrated dish base, a pair of octagonal bowls 8½” (21 cm) wide, a pair of scalloped serving dishes with scroll handles 8¾” (22 cm) wide, and seven plates 8¾” (22 cm) in diameter.
