An Unusual 19th Century Rosewood Extending Centre Table, possibly Irish. The rectangular top having two fold-over leaves on brass rule hinges with lopers either side to support them. The frieze housing a drawer, raised on pairs of knopped spindle end supports above swept legs with carved paw terminals on brass castors, united by a turned centre stretcher, 29½” (75 cm) high, 28¾” (73 cm) wide, 19¼” (49 cm) deep extending to 39” (99 cm).
