A Pair of 17th Century Style Italian Walnut Side Chairs. The backs having two carved scrolling bars centred by rectangular panels inlaid with border bands. The uprights surmounted by scroll carved finials enhanced with punchwork. The solid D-shaped seats with moulded edges above canted bases; each with a scrolling apron rail and carved stretcher connecting the front legs, and plain rails to the sides and rear, 44½” (113 cm) high, 16½” (42 cm) wide, 12½” (32 cm) deep.
