Description
A 17th Century Style Upholstered Oak Dining Chair. The rectangular padded back, square uprights and upholstered seat covered in machine woven tapestry patterned with urns of flowers and birds in sweeping strap-work divides, and edged with crimson tasselled fringing. The spiral turned legs united by a high similarly turned front rail and conforming H-form under-stretcher, terminating with stylised paw feet, 39” (99 cm) high, 18½” (47 cm) wide.
