A Set of Four 19th Century Yew-wood Windsor Armchairs attributed to Buckinghamshire, Circa 1780-1840. The hoop back framing a shaped full length centre splat with fretted wheel motif, flanked by eight long spindles with six further underarm spindles and crook arm supports. The elm seats with incised edging lines, morticed through and wedged to baluster turned legs united by a crinoline stretcher. 40” (102 cm) high, 22½” (57 cm) wide.
