A Pair of Attractive Mid 18th Century Anglo-Dutch Marquetry Side Chairs: The shaped back splats inlaid with flowers and foliage rising from a baroque urn emblazoned with a face-mask and flanked by wavy uprights adorned with trailing flowers, scrolled in at the top to meet a domed crest emblazoned with a green mask. The padded serpentine front seats dropping into a moulded frame with further floral trails to the shaped aprons and leading down the cabriole legs, terminating on club feet, 42½” (108 cm) high, 20” (51 cm) wide.
