The rectangular top having a raised scenic panel to the centre depicting a grand house framed by a garland of flowers in a border band edged in chequer stringing. The side ornamented with birds perched amongst foliate sprays in square panels. The two parquetry front door displaying an array of fine figured timbers framed by floral borders and opening to reveal four drawers of graduated depths banded with Tunbridge-ware and lined with padded crimson silk. 10¼” (26 cm) high, 10” (25.5 cm) wide, 8” (20 cm) deep.
