A Fine Early 18th Century Oak Enclosed Welsh Dresser of rich colour & patination. The planked top having moulding to the under-edge above a pair of central frieze drawers over two cupboard doors flanked by six side drawers; three either side. The fielded drawer fronts fitted with brass swing handles on winged back plates and set in moulded surrounds. The cupboard doors with fine arched fielded panels and a turned wooden knop handle. The back revealing 17th century coffer timbers now used in it’s construction. Standing on block feet 35” (89 cm) high, 80” (204 cm) in length, 23” (59 cm) wide.
