The serpentine moulded top having a rising lid to the back enclosing pen & ink compartments, and a fold-over lid forming a writing slope to the front, opening to a reveal further partitioned section, and housing a stationary well below. The decorative parquetry veneers with cross-banded borders edged in brass trim. Standing on square tapering legs 29” (74 cm) high, 15¼” (30.5 cm) wide, 10¾” (27.5 cm) deep.
