A 19th Century Ash & Elm Splat-back Windsor Armchair attributed to Yorkshire with a shaped fruitwood centre splat pierced to the top with a decorative motif and flanked by six long spindles, six further underarm spindles and baluster turned end supports. The elm seat on ring moulded baluster legs with inverted cup knops above ball feet, united by a turned H-stretcher, 36” (91.5 cm) high, 23” (58.5 cm) wide, the seat 17” (43 cm) high.
