Description
Two 19th Century Slip-ware Money Boxes: One with a bulbous body swept up to the top and surmounted by a bird finial (A/F) surrounded by six coiled ornaments applied to the shoulders and a pierced coin slot, decorated with dotted black glaze on a yellow semi-glazed ground, 6¼” (16 cm) high. The other of bulbous form with yellow glaze, a finial top and pierced coin slot, 5” (13 cm) high.
