A 19th Century Splat Back Windsor Armchair. The ash hoop back having eight long spindles piercing the yew-wood arm bow with six further underarm spindles and baluster turned end posts. The elm seat on baluster turned legs united by a crinoline stretcher, 37½” (95 cm) high, 24” (61 cm) wide, the seat 17” (43 cm) high.
