A Fine Quality Victorian Inlaid Figured Walnut Sutherland Table of rich colour & patination. The quarter veneered top having lobed serpentine drop leaves with moulded edge, inlaid with bands of stringing a decorative satinwood embellishments to the lobes and centre. The turned, wrythen fluted end supports above carved out-swept legs on white ceramic castors, with wrythen fluted swing out legs supporting the flaps and a similarly turned centre stretcher, 27” (69 cm) high, 36” (92 cm) wide, 6½” (16 cm) deep [folded], extending to 41” (104 cm).
