The square ivory damask centre panel emblazoned with a stumpwork holy lamb in a quatrefoil embellished with gold metallic threads and having fleur-de-lis radiating out to the corners, surrounded by panels of sample ‘gold-work’ and ornamneted with sprays of fruiting vine. The lower panel of golden ochre silk damask embroidered with a lily, pomegranate, rose and passion flower, 13” x 15” (33 cm x 38 cm).
