Description
A Fine Elizabethan Oak Three-Tier Buffet with fluted supports, of mellow colour & patination. The top having a moulded edge above a carved frieze ornamented with a row of wrythen whorls entwined in a guilloche band, with shaped dentil moulding and a scalloped under-edge enriched with punchwork. The mid-tier on run moulded rails with scalloped edge. The base having a serpentine cut rail to the front connecting the block feet. Standing 43” (110 cm) high, 58½” (149 cm) wide, 20” (51 cm) deep.
