Description
A 19th Century Ash Winged Spindle-back Rocking Chair, attributed to Lancashire. The back composed of two rows with pairs of three stick spindles between round turned upright with nipple finials and wing projections either side. The arms on turned posts leading to a rush seat edged with protective strips and raised on turned legs united by faux bamboo turned stretchers, terminating on rockers, 42” (107 cm) high, 20” (51 cm) wide.
