The padded drop-in seat covered in a machine woven ‘woolwork’ patterned with rosebuds in quatrefoils on a dotted powder blue ground. Standing on three square legs with a carved cabriole leg to the fronts emblazoned with a grotesque facemask and terminating on a ball & claw foot, 21½” (55 cm) high, 19¾” (50 cm) wide.
